The men's and women's cross country teams had their last warm-up before hosting the AMCC Championships in two weeks today at the CCOC Championships hosted by Hobart & William Smith College's.  The Lady Mavs placed 13th of 16 while the men's team finished in the 11th slot in the 13 team field.
